Return Policy
Please email returns@sunandsnow.org for an RGA prior to shipping items back. All items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. There will be a 15% restocking charge and the dealer will be responsible for the freight charges back to Sun & Snow. Any item returned without a RGA will receive a restocking charge of 25% plus applicable shipping costs. We have the right to refuse any returns not meeting our terms. All items being returned must be unused and in its original packaging, no returns accepted on electrical components.
Warranty Policy
Please email returns@sunandsnow.org for all warranty inquiries. A Warranty Return number, along with correct warranty forms to be filled out, are required prior to sending any warranty items back. Warranty forms can be found at www.sunandsnow.org. All warranty returns must be returned within 30 days of receiving warranty return number - any items returned without authorization or outside of 30 day period are subject to denied warranty.
Sun & Snow does not warranty any item sold by us. All manufacturers supply their own warranties and guarantees. Manufacturers do not cover any labour, install, freight, or down time charges. All items subject to a credit will be issued once received from the manufacturer.
Backorders
All dealers must manager their own backorders. Once product arrives, all backorders will then shipped pre-paid. Back orders not cancelled and returned are subject to a 15% restocking charge plus applicable shipping charges.
