FREIGHT POLICY

Courier Deliveries

• All Beyond-Destinations are excluded from standard freight rates. Additional charges apply
• Beyond areas include, but are not limited to: Labrador, Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, James Bay, and certain areas of Newfoundland

Freight Program Eligibility

• Exemptions: Oil drums/pails, Dirt Care Pails, race fuel pails, and tracks are not covered under this policy.
• Dealers are responsible for any additional surcharges on pallet shipments, including but not limited to, tailgate fees and out-of-bounds charges.
• Freight is charged once per day, provided the first order of the day is $75.00 or more. (Any additional orders placed same day will be shipped free of charge.)
• If first order of the day is under $75, freight charges will apply to that order, and any additional orders placed in the same day

Air Freight Exclusions

• Air freight is not available for the following products: fuel, oils, aerosols, coolant, cleaners, shocks, tracks, sliders, dollies, stands, batteries, winches, windshields, tires, superclamp products (other exclusions may apply and are subject to change).
• If the Express option is unavailable at checkout, your order does not qualify for air freight and will ship via ground.

Additional Freight Info

• Insurance fees are included in the freight rates listed above.
• Dangerous Goods fees may apply to gel-style batteries and race fuel/concentrate. Certain regions may not allow shipment of these products.
• 5 Gallon Pails: Oil, Race Fuels, Race Fuel Concentrate, and Dirt Care products in 5 Gallon qty are subject to ground freight rates plus an additional $15 handling fee per pail.
• Snowmobile Tracks: Subject to ground freight rates plus an additional $30 handling fee per track
• If a dealer places both an Air order and a Ground order on the same day, each order will be charged its respective freight cost, based on order $ amount.

Drop Ship Orders

Drop shipment orders can be placed online by changing the ship-to address which must include: customer name, full shipping address, and customer phone number.  No minimum order amount required on drop shipments.  Drop Shipments are charged a  $5.00 Drop shipment fee + $14.99 Freight fee (excludes beyond destination areas & PO boxes).  Please contact Sun & Snow for drop shipments requiring express freight.

Back Orders

Dealers must manage their own back orders. Once product arrives, all back orders will be shipped.

Special Orders

Special Order Items cannot be cancelled or returned after they are ordered.
